We kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible when requesting a change or cancellation. Cancellations made up to the day before are free of charge. Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment price, and cancellations without notice may incur a fee of 100% of the treatment price. However, this does not apply in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as illness or public transportation delays.
