For reservations for two guests, please submit information for each person individually from the top menu.

Regarding reservation changes or cancellations:
Our salon secures your treatment time in advance and prepares accordingly.
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, kindly contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations made by the day before are free of charge.
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, and cancellations without notice may incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
However, this does not apply in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as illness or public transportation delays.
