■ About Staff Requests
A specific staff request will incur an additional fee of 550JPY to 1,100JPY. Requests for a male or female staff member will incur an additional 1,100JPY.
■ Reservations for Two or More Guests
We also welcome visits with friends or a partner. Depending on availability on the day, some courses such as aroma treatments may not be available. In such cases, we may ask you to switch to another course, so please understand in advance.
■ Payment Methods
Cash / Credit Cards (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, Diners) / PayPay / Contactless Payment / Transportation IC Cards
Discounted prices are available only for online advance reservations.
(This does not apply to phone reservations or walk-ins.)
■ Cancellation and Changes
No-shows and same-day cancellations significantly affect staff scheduling and the availability of treatments for other guests. Please check your schedule carefully and make a reservation only for a date and time you can definitely attend.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
For changes or cancellations, please email kuramae@ryokuwa.com by the day before your reservation, including your name and reservation date and time. For last-minute notices in Japanese, please call us. If we are unable to answer the phone, please contact us via our official LINE account with your name and reservation date and time. Replies may take some time. For inquiries in English, even at the last minute, please contact the salon by email.
If you wish to change your reservation details, please cancel once and make a new reservation. Depending on availability, rebooking may not be possible.

■ About Lateness
If you arrive after your reserved time, your treatment time may be shortened. If you will be late, please be sure to contact us.
■ About No-Shows
If no-shows or last-minute cancellations are repeated, we may decline future reservations.
