■ About Designation: A designation fee of 550 JPY to 1,100 JPY is charged for personal staff requests or preferences for male or female staff.
■ Reservations for Two or More: We welcome visits with friends or partners. *Depending on availability, some courses (such as aroma) may not be available. In such cases, we may ask you to change to another course, so please understand in advance.
■ Payment Methods: Cash/Credit Card (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, Diners)/PayPay/Contactless Payment/Transportation IC *Discounted prices are limited to "online advance reservations."

■ Cancellation and Change Policy: As our salon is fully private and appointment-based, last-minute cancellations inconvenience other customers. We ask for your cooperation.
Cancellation Deadline: Please contact us at least 2 hours before your reservation time.
Regarding Lateness: If you arrive after your reservation time, your treatment time may be shortened.
No-Show Cancellations: If there is no contact for more than 10 minutes, it will be automatically canceled.
