◾️Reservation cancellation/time change
Please contact us at least 2 hours before your reservation. If we do not hear from you after 10 minutes, your reservation will be canceled. Also, if you arrive later than your reserved time, the treatment time may be shortened.
◾️【For reservations of 2 or more people】
When booking for multiple people, we may not be able to offer the aromatherapy massage course depending on the availability of the staff on the day. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please consider changing to another course when making your reservation.
