Important information for guests (please read carefully)
■ About therapist requests A personal therapist request, or selecting a male or female therapist, requires an additional fee of 550JPY–1,100JPY.
■ Reservations for two or more guests Visits with friends or partners are welcome. Please note that depending on same-day availability, some treatments (such as aromatherapy) may not be offered. In such cases, we may ask you to switch to another treatment.
■ Payment methods Cash / Credit cards (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, Diners) / PayPay / Contactless payments / Transit IC cards. Discounted rates apply exclusively to online advance reservations.
(Phone reservations or walk-ins are not eligible.)
■ Cancellation and change policy As all treatments are conducted in private rooms with dedicated therapists, last-minute cancellations affect other guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Cancellation deadline: Please contact us at least 2 hours before your reserved time.
Late arrival: If you arrive after your appointment time, your treatment duration may be shortened.
No-shows: If we receive no contact for more than 10 minutes, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Notice to guests visiting from overseas
Please make your reservation for a confirmed date and time without changes or cancellations.
Same-day or last-minute cancellations significantly impact our operations and may result in future restrictions on reservations from overseas guests.
For same-day cancellations, a fee equal to 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
To ensure that all guests can enjoy a comfortable experience, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
