There are limited reservation slots per day, and some customers are waiting for cancellations.
Please avoid last-minute reservation changes or cancellations and cooperate by contacting us by the day before.
If you must cancel on the day, please contact us by phone.
In the case of cancellation, schedule change, or no contact, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Same-day schedule change/cancellation: 5,000 JPY
No-show: 100% of the treatment fee
We kindly ask for your understanding to provide better services to everyone.
