- For hair longer than the collarbone, there is a long hair charge of 500 JPY (please select the option).
[For reservations with multiple people]
- One person can make a reservation for up to three people together. In this case, all must book the same course.
- If you wish for different courses, please make reservations from each account.
- Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comments section.
[Regarding lateness and cancellations]
- If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the appointment time, are late, or need to cancel.
- If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.
- For same-day cancellations or no-show cancellations, 100% of the reserved treatment fee will be charged.
