Please be considerate and avoid last-minute reservation changes or cancellations, and ensure to contact us by the day before.
If you must cancel on the day, please contact us by phone.
For cancellations, schedule changes, or no contact, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Same-day reservation changes or cancellations: 5,000 JPY
No-show: 100% of the treatment fee
We kindly ask for your understanding to provide better services to everyone.
