For guests making a reservation (please read carefully)
■ About therapist selection A personal therapist request, as well as choosing a male or female therapist, requires an additional selection fee of 550JPY–1,100JPY.
■ Reservations for two or more guests Visits with friends or partners are welcome. *Depending on same-day availability, certain treatments such as aromatherapy may not be offered. In such cases, we may ask you to switch to another treatment. Thank you for your understanding.
■ Payment methods Cash / Credit cards (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, Diners) / PayPay / Contactless payment / Transportation IC cards *Discounted prices are available exclusively for online advance reservations.
(Reservations by phone or walk-in visits are not eligible.)
■ Cancellation and reservation change policy As all sessions are held in private rooms with assigned therapists, last‑minute cancellations may affect other guests. We appreciate your cooperation.
Cancellation deadline: Please contact us at least two hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Late arrival: If you arrive past your appointment time, your session may be shortened.
No‑show policy: If we receive no contact for 10 minutes or longer, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
For guests visiting from overseas
■ Please book only when your schedule is certain, with no changes or cancellations expected. Same‑day or last‑minute cancellations significantly impact our operations and may result in us being unable to accept future reservations from overseas guests.
■ Same‑day cancellations incur a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so we may continue to provide a comfortable service environment for all guests.
