To provide a better treatment environment, our clinic operates on a fully private room and reservation-only basis.
There are limited reservation slots per day, and some clients are waiting for cancellations.
We kindly ask for your consideration to avoid last-minute reservation changes or cancellations and to ensure you contact us by the day before.
If you must cancel on the day of your appointment, please contact us by phone.
In the case of cancellations, schedule changes, or no contact, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Same-day reservation changes or cancellations: 5,000 JPY
No-show cancellations: 100% of the treatment fee
