Reservations for two guests at the same time slot and same treatment can be made simultaneously.
• If the reserved treatments differ, please book separately for each guest.
Depending on availability, simultaneous reservations for two guests may not be possible. In such cases, please make individual reservations.

“Regarding Reservations”
• Online reservations are accepted up to one hour before the desired time on the same day.
• Pregnant guests are asked to book by phone only (with treatment limitations).
• For evening reservations, please schedule your treatment approximately 2 to 2.5 hours after beginning your dinner.
• Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Day-trip guests (visitors) will be charged an additional 1,100JPY per treatment.

Same-day reservations during the above periods will incur a special rate, with a 10% increase from the listed prices.
Reservations made by the previous day will be at regular rates.
