Regarding reservation changes and cancellations
Our salon secures your treatment time in advance and prepares accordingly.
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations made by the previous day are free of charge.
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, and cancellations without notice may incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
Exceptions may apply in cases of illness, public transportation delays, or other unavoidable circumstances.
