If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made by the previous day are free of charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, and cancellations without notice may incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost. Exceptions may apply in cases of illness, public transportation delays, or other unavoidable circumstances.
