We kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible when making any changes or cancellations. Cancellations made by the day before are free of charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, and no-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment cost. However, this does not apply in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as illness or transportation delays.
