*Cancellation Policy
Regarding cancellations: Please be sure to contact the store if you are unable to make it. If you cancel without notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
Regarding lateness: If you are late, we will shorten the treatment time accordingly. Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late, the treatment cannot be performed and it will be considered a cancellation.
