Due to the Shibuya Station New South Exit Area Redevelopment Project, two neighboring buildings adjacent to the one housing our salon will undergo demolition from June 1, 2026 through March 15, 2027.
Because the private room is the closest to the area where construction noise may occur, guests who regularly use the private room may experience some discomfort during their visit.
We will provide earplugs for your comfort.
We will do our best to ensure a pleasant experience; however, if you are sensitive to noise or prefer a quiet environment, please consider scheduling your appointment for later in the day.
For daytime bookings, please understand that construction noise may affect your comfort during treatment.

●Guests who wear a hijab, please contact us by email.
We have one private room available for an additional 1,300JPY. Once your reservation is confirmed via email, we will arrange the private room and assign a female staff member whenever possible.
●For groups of four or more wishing to book together, please contact us by email.
Up to three guests may book simultaneously.
All guests will be booked for the same course as the representative person.
If each person wishes to book a different trial course, please make individual reservations.

①Regarding treatment duration
The listed time is an approximate duration from arrival to payment. Please note that counseling and hair length may affect the finishing time.
Sessions may end earlier than estimated.
For hair measuring approximately 80 cm from the crown (waist-length), an additional fee will apply.
To allow sufficient time for drying, please select the long-hair fee option of 1,100JPY shown at the top of the menu.
②Regarding cancellations and schedule changes
Same-day changes or cancellations are not permitted.
If you cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment, a cancellation fee will apply.
◆For a first cancellation or menu change: 30% of the booked treatment fee.
◆For the second and subsequent cancellations or menu changes: 100% will be charged.
◆For a No-Show, charges will apply unless there are exceptional circumstances.
※Menu changes due to late arrival, same-day schedule changes, or rescheduling to another day follow the same policy. (This does not apply to natural disasters or public transportation delays.)
※If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time without notice, your appointment will be canceled.
◇If you must change or cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as you become aware. (If reaching voicemail, leave a message. For foreign-language inquiries, please contact us by email.)
◇If you arrive late, we will guide you to services possible within the remaining time.
If treatment cannot be performed due to late arrival, it will be considered a cancellation.
Delays of 15–30 minutes or more and menus under 60min cannot be shortened and will be canceled.
・If unforeseen circumstances prevent normal business operations, we may request to adjust your appointment date and time.
③Requests for guests upon arrival
For the safety of both guests and staff, please refrain from visiting if any of the following apply:
・Body temperature of 37.5°C or higher
・Cold-like symptoms or feeling unwell
・Alcohol consumption
・Infants or children of elementary-school age or below
If any of these conditions are observed, entry and treatment may be refused at staff discretion.

As our services are non-medical, we may advise you to seek medical attention depending on your concerns.
