● The hair coloring and cutting services have been discontinued.
● Customers wearing a hijab, please contact us via email. There is one private room available for an additional 1,300 JPY. If possible, after confirming your reservation by email, we will guide you to the private room and a female staff member will attend to you.
● For reservations of 4 or more people, please contact us via email. A maximum of 3 people can be booked simultaneously. Reservations will be for the same course as the representative. If the trial course is a different menu, please make a reservation for each person individually.
★★★Important Notes★★★
① Regarding the duration of course menus
The indicated time is an estimate from entry to payment. Please note that the end time may vary due to counseling and hair length. It may also end earlier. Additionally, there is an extra charge for hair length from the crown to approximately 80 cm (waistline). To ensure time for drying your hair, please select the long hair fee of 1,100 JPY at the top of the menu.
② Regarding cancellations and time changes
Same-day changes or cancellations are not possible. A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel or change the date on the same day.
◆ For the first cancellation or menu change, 30% of the reserved service fee will be charged. For the second and subsequent cancellations or menu changes, 100% will be charged.
◆ In the case of a no-show, a charge will be made unless there are special circumstances.
※ Changes to the menu due to lateness, same-day time changes, or changes to another day are also subject to the same policy. (This does not apply to reasons such as natural disasters or public transportation delays.)
※ If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time without notice, it will be considered a cancellation.
◇ If you need to change or cancel on the day due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as you become aware, as there may be customers on the waiting list. (If it is an answering machine, please leave a message, and if it is in a foreign language, please contact us by email.)
◇ If you arrive late, we will guide you to the possible treatments based on your arrival time. If the treatment cannot be performed, it will be considered a cancellation.
For delays of 15-30 minutes or more, and for menus within 60 minutes, they cannot be shortened and will be considered a cancellation.
・If there is a sudden change in circumstances and we cannot operate as scheduled, we may need to adjust the date and time.
③ Requests to customers upon visiting
For the safety of customers and staff, please refrain from visiting if you fall under any of the following categories:
・Those with a body temperature of 37.5°C or higher
・Those with cold symptoms or who are not feeling well
・Those who have consumed alcohol
・Infants and children below elementary school age
If any of the above conditions are observed, we may refuse entry or service at the discretion of the staff.
④ Our salon is not a hospital.
As it is not a medical practice, we may encourage you to consult a medical institution depending on your concerns.
★For customers with Ritts gift cards★
Even if the gift card states 'with scalp diagnosis' or 'without scalp diagnosis', please select the corresponding course as is.
