● The hair coloring and cutting services have been discontinued.
● Male staff are available.
Even if there is a gender preference, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

There is one private room available for an additional 1,300 JPY. If possible, after confirming your reservation via email, we will guide you to the private room and a female staff member will attend to you.
● If you wish to make a reservation for 4 or more people, please contact us via email.
Up to 3 people can be booked simultaneously.
However, the reservation will be for the same course as the representative.
If the trial course is a different menu, please make a reservation for each person.
★★★Important Notes★★★
① Regarding the duration of course menus
The indicated time is an estimate from entry to payment. Please note that the end time may vary due to counseling and hair length.
Additionally, there is an extra charge for hair length from the crown to approximately 80cm (waistline).
To ensure time for drying your hair, please select the long hair fee of 1,100 JPY at the top of the menu.
② Regarding cancellations and time changes
Changes and cancellations on the day are not possible.
If you cancel or change the date on the day, a cancellation fee will be charged.
◆ For the first cancellation or menu change, 30% of the reserved treatment fee will be charged.
For the second and subsequent cancellations or menu changes, 100% will be charged.
◆ In the case of a no-show, a charge will be made unless there are special circumstances.
※ Changes to the menu due to lateness, changes on the day, or changes to another day are the same. (This does not apply to reasons such as natural disasters or public transportation delays.)
※ If you do not arrive 15 minutes past your reservation time without notice, it will be considered a cancellation.
If you need to change or cancel on the day due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as you notice, as there are customers on the waiting list.
(If it is an answering machine, please leave a message to that effect, and if it is in a foreign language, please contact us by email.)
◇ If you arrive late, we will guide you to the possible treatments according to your arrival time.
If treatment is not possible, it will be considered a cancellation, so please understand.
For delays of 15 to 30 minutes or more, and for menus within 60 minutes, they cannot be shortened, so they will be canceled.
・If there is a sudden change in circumstances and we are unable to operate as scheduled, we may adjust the date and time.
③ Request to customers upon visiting
For the safety of customers and staff, please refrain from visiting our store if you fall under any of the following items.
・Those with a body temperature of 37.5℃ or higher
・Those with cold symptoms or who are not feeling well
・Those who have been drinking alcohol
・Infants below elementary school age
If it appears that you fall under any of the above items, we may refuse entry or treatment at the discretion of the staff.
Our salon is not a hospital.
As it is not a medical act, depending on your concerns, we may encourage you to visit a medical institution.
★For customers with Ritts gift cards★
Even if the gift card states 'with scalp diagnosis' or 'without scalp diagnosis', please select the corresponding course as is.
