【For group reservations】
・One person can make a reservation for up to three people together. In this case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comments section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the appointment time, are running late, or need to cancel.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (A cancellation fee may apply for no-show cancellations.)
・If no-show cancellations occur repeatedly on the day, online reservations may be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation.
