【For bookings with multiple guests】
• One person may book for up to three guests together. In that case, all guests must select the same treatment course.
• If each guest wishes to book a different course, please make separate reservations from each individual account.
【Regarding late arrivals and cancellations】
• Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time. If you need to change your reservation time, anticipate being late, or need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
• If more than 10 minutes pass from your scheduled time without contact and you do not arrive, it will be treated as a no‑show. (A no‑show may incur a cancellation fee.)
• Repeated same‑day no‑shows may result in restrictions on online reservations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
