[For reservations with multiple guests]
• One representative may book for up to two guests together. In that case, all guests must select the same treatment course.
• If different courses are desired, please make separate reservations from each individual account.
[Regarding late arrivals and cancellations]
• If you arrive later than your reserved time, your treatment duration may be shortened. For any changes to your reservation time, delays, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
• If more than five minutes pass from the reserved time with no contact and no arrival, it will be treated as a no‑show cancellation. (A cancellation fee may apply for no‑show cancellations.)
• If same‑day no‑show cancellations occur repeatedly, you may be restricted from making online reservations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
