・One representative may book for up to three people. In that case, all guests must select the same course.
・If each guest prefers a different course, please make reservations separately from individual accounts.
・Please write the names of accompanying guests in the comment field.
[Regarding lateness or cancellations]
・Arriving late may shorten your treatment time. For any schedule changes, lateness, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
・If more than 10 minutes pass after your appointment time with no contact and no arrival, it will be considered a no‑show cancellation.
・Repeated same‑day no‑show cancellations may result in suspension of online booking privileges.
[Regarding light‑based hair removal]
・Please complete your own shaving in advance.
・If you are taking medication, please inform us beforehand.
・Avoid using depilatory creams or tweezing for self‑care.
・If you wish to request in‑salon shaving (1 area 1,100JPY), please notify us in advance.
