【For group reservations】
・One person can make a reservation for up to two people together. In this case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish for different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comment section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your reservation, your treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.
・For same-day or no-show cancellations, the full treatment fee will be charged.
・Repeated same-day no-show cancellations may result in the inability to make online reservations. We appreciate your cooperation.
