[For reservations for multiple guests]
・One person may make a single reservation on behalf of up to three guests. In that case, all guests will be guided through the same course.
・If you would like different courses, please make a reservation from each respective account.
・Please enter the names of the guests accompanying you in the comment field when making your reservation.
[Regarding tardiness, cancellations, and reservations]
・If you arrive late for your reserved time, the treatment time may be shortened.
・If more than 10 minutes pass after your reserved time without any contact and we cannot confirm your arrival, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation.
・For same-day cancellations, a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
・If same-day no-show cancellations occur repeatedly, we may refuse the use of online reservations.
・For treatments starting at 22:30 or later, a late-night fee of 1,000JPY will be charged separately.

Our salon is located on the 4th floor of the building housing Kushikatsu Tanaka.
Please note that there are salons in the same industry on other floors of the same building as well as in adjacent buildings, so be careful not to go to the wrong location.
