1. Cancellation Policy
【Regarding Same-Day Cancellations】
・Due to operational reasons, we charge 100% of the treatment fee as a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations.
As appointment slots are limited, please contact us as early as possible for any changes or cancellations, considering other customers as well.
2. 【Reservations for Two or More People】
Depending on the availability of our staff, we may not be able to offer the aromatherapy massage course. In such cases, please consider changing to another course when making your reservation.
3. Our establishment does not provide treatments for medical or therapeutic purposes. Please note that we cannot offer guarantees, compensation, or refunds in the event of injury, pain, or health issues after the treatment.
4. If we determine that a customer belongs to or may belong to organized crime groups or other anti-social forces, we may refuse service and entry.
