Please check your schedule and make your reservation for a date and time when you are certain you can visit us. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation fee. For changes or cancellations, please contact kuramae@ryokuwa.com by the day before, including your name and reserved date and time. For last-minute inquiries in English, please also email us (phone support in English is unavailable). For Japanese, please call us; if we are unable to answer, please contact us via our official LINE account. Please note that our response may take some time.
2. [Reservations for Two or More Guests]
Depending on the availability of the assigned staff, we may not be able to offer an aromatherapy massage course. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and kindly ask that you consider selecting another course when making your reservation.
3. Please note that our salon does not provide treatments for medical or therapeutic purposes. In the unlikely event that you experience an injury, pain, or any other physical discomfort after the treatment, we regret that we cannot offer any guarantee, compensation, or refund.
4. If we determine that a customer is, or may be, affiliated with an organized crime group or any other anti-social organization, we may refuse treatment and entry to the salon.
