・One guest may book for up to three people at once. In this case, all guests must reserve the same course.
・If you prefer different courses, please make separate reservations from each individual account.
・Please write the names of the guests accompanying you in the comments section.
[Regarding Late Arrival or Cancellations]
・If you arrive later than your reserved time, your treatment duration may be shortened. For any changes to your reservation time, delays, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
・If more than 10 minutes pass from your reserved time with no contact and you have not arrived, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation. In the case of a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
・If same-day no-show cancellations occur repeatedly, online booking privileges may be suspended. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
