【For group reservations】
・One person can make a reservation for up to two people together. In this case, all participants must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of the accompanying persons in the comment section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible in case of changes to the appointment time, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.
・For no-show cancellations on the day, we will charge 100% of the reservation amount as a cancellation fee. Please contact us by phone in case of illness or lateness.
・If no-show cancellations continue repeatedly on the day, online reservations may be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation.
