【For reservations with multiple guests】
• One person may book for up to three guests together. In that case, all guests must select the same course.
• If each person prefers a different course, please make reservations from each individual account.
• Please write the names of accompanying guests in the comment section.
【Regarding late arrivals and cancellations】
• If you arrive later than your reservation time, your treatment may be shortened. For changes to your reservation time, late arrivals, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
• If more than 10 minutes pass from your reservation time without contact and you do not arrive, it will be treated as a no‑show cancellation. (A cancellation fee may apply.)
• Repeated same‑day no‑show cancellations may result in restrictions on online booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
【Regarding late‑night surcharge】
For guests using our services after 22:00, an additional late‑night surcharge of 1,100JPY (tax included) will be applied.
