【For Group Reservations】
・One person can make a reservation for up to 3 people together. In this case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comment section.
【Regarding Lateness and Cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible in case of changes to your reservation time, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (A cancellation fee may apply for no-show cancellations.)
・If no-show cancellations occur repeatedly on the day, online reservations may be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation.
