【For reservations with multiple people】
・One person can represent and make a reservation for up to two people together. In this case, all participants must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each individual account.
・Please write the names of the people accompanying you in the comment section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the appointment time, are running late, or need to cancel.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (In the case of a no-show cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply.)
・If no-show cancellations occur repeatedly on the day of the appointment, online reservations may be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation.
