・If we are unable to reach you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation。
・Same‑day cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment fee。
・For evening appointments, please schedule your visit at least 2 to 2.5 hours after the start of your dinner。
・Clients receiving facial treatments are kindly requested to arrive with all makeup removed。
・Clients under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a guardian。
Minors may also use our services; however, please understand that we cannot be held responsible should any physical discomfort or unexpected reactions occur。
・Our salon is dedicated solely to relaxation. We do not provide medical treatments or therapeutic procedures。
