Regarding late arrivals and cancellations
・If you arrive after your scheduled time, your treatment duration may be shortened. For any changes to your appointment time, late arrivals, or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible.
・If more than 10 minutes pass after your appointment time with no contact and no arrival, it will be treated as a no‑show.
Cancellation policy
・In the case of a no‑show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
・Billing will be carried out through the Payn billing system.
Regarding advance payment
・For first‑time clients with bookings exceeding 15,000JPY, advance payment through the Square system may be required.
・Please ensure that you register an email address where you can be reached when booking.
