[Regarding late arrival and cancellations]
• If you arrive later than your scheduled time, your session may be shortened. For any schedule changes, delays, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
• If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, your reservation will be treated as a no-show.
[Cancellation policy]
• In the case of a no-show, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Billing will be processed via Payn's invoicing system.

• For first-time clients with reservations exceeding 15,000JPY, advance payment may be requested via Square.
• Please register an email address where you can be reliably contacted when making your reservation.
