Regarding lateness and cancellations
• If you arrive later than your scheduled time, your treatment duration may be shortened. If you need to change your reserved time, will be late, or must cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
• If more than 10 minutes pass from your reservation time with no contact and you do not arrive, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation.
Cancellation policy
• In the case of a no-show cancellation, a fee of 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
• Billing will be sent through the Payn billing system.
Regarding advance payment
• For new customers with reservations exceeding 15,000JPY, advance payment through Square may be required.
• Please be sure to register an email address where you can be contacted when making your reservation.
