【For Group Reservations】
・One person can represent and make a reservation for up to three people together. In this case, all participants must book the same course. Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comment section.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each individual's account.
【Regarding Lateness and Cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible in case of changes to your appointment time, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (In the case of a no-show cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply.)
【Regarding Treatments】
・Customers who fall under the following categories cannot receive treatments:
Those who have difficulty with scalp contact due to extensions or injuries, those who are under the influence of alcohol, those with contagious diseases (such as influenza, athlete's foot, colds), those advised by a doctor to avoid treatments due to conditions like osteoporosis, those with injuries, those who are pregnant and find it difficult to lie on their back, and those whom the staff determines should not continue the treatment. Those who are not feeling well or have a fever.
