【For group reservations】
・One person can make a reservation for up to 3 people together. In this case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish for different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comment section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・Arriving late may shorten your treatment time. Please contact us promptly for any changes, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, we will contact you once. If there is no response, it will be considered a no-show.
・Repeated no-shows on the day may result in the inability to make online reservations.
・Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After that, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Full charges apply for no-shows.
