・One person can represent and make a reservation for up to 3 people together. In that case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish for different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comment section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your reservation, the treatment time will be shortened, so please be careful. If you need to change the reservation time, are late, or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive 15 minutes after the reservation time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.
・In case of cancellation, the full cancellation fee will be charged.
・If no-show cancellations occur repeatedly on the day, online reservations may be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation.
【Regarding treatments】
・Treatment time includes foot bath, changing clothes, and counseling (about 10 minutes).
・Male customers may be asked to present and provide a copy of their ID.
