Regarding reservation changes and cancellations
Our salon secures treatment time in advance and prepares the space for your visit.
Please contact us as early as possible should you need to modify or cancel your reservation.
Cancellations made by the day before are free of charge.
Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% fee of the treatment cost, and no-shows may be subject to a 100% fee.
However, unforeseen circumstances such as illness or public transportation delays may be exempt from these charges.
