Please arrive exactly at your scheduled appointment time. Even if you come early, we may not be able to seat you.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your available menu options may be limited due to scheduling constraints.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Day-before cancellation: 50% of the treatment fee
Same-day cancellation: 100% of the treatment fee
Please note that cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason.
Notes regarding treatment details
We do not provide removal of acrylic nails (sculptured nails). We accept only pedicure or gel nail services for removal.
Nail treatments are limited to gel nails only.
We do not accept hand-painted art, character designs, or mascot-style nail art.
