【Regarding Lateness and Cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us by email for changes or cancellations by the day before. Even on the day, please contact us at the email address below.

・If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.
・For no-show cancellations, we charge 100% of the treatment fee.
・If no-show cancellations occur repeatedly on the day, online reservations may be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation.
