【Cancellation Policy】
■Cancellation period: Until the day before the reservation date. (For online reservations, cancellations can be made online)
■For same-day cancellations, the following fees will be charged. (Same-day cancellations cannot be made online)
・Same-day cancellation: 50% of the reservation amount
・No-show on the day: 80% of the reservation amount
■If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a no-show (80% of the reservation amount will be charged).
■Even for schedule changes, changes on the day will be treated as a same-day cancellation (50% of the reservation amount will be charged).
■In cases of unavoidable reasons such as injury or sudden illness, the cancellation fee may be waived. Please contact us as soon as possible.

■For reservations for two people via the app, please enter the full name of your companion in katakana in the comment section.
■Due to limited reception space, we may not be able to accommodate you inside the store if you arrive more than 10 minutes before your reservation time. Thank you for your understanding.
