1. Cancellation Policy
[Regarding Same-Day Cancellations]
・Due to operational reasons, we charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the treatment fee for same-day cancellations.
As appointment slots are limited, we kindly ask you to contact us as early as possible for any changes or cancellations, considering other customers as well.
2. [Reservations for Two or More People]
Depending on the availability of our staff, we may not be able to offer the aromatherapy massage course. We kindly ask you to consider changing to another course in such cases and make your reservation accordingly.
3. Our establishment does not provide treatments for medical or therapeutic purposes. Please note that we cannot offer guarantees, compensation, or refunds in the event of any injuries, pain, or health issues arising after the treatment.
4. If we determine that a customer belongs to or may belong to organized crime groups or other anti-social forces, we may refuse service and entry to our establishment.
