Rescheduling/Cancellation: 5,000 JPY, No-show: 100% of the treatment fee
Our clinic offers a completely private and reservation-only system to provide a better treatment environment.
There are limited reservation slots per day, and some clients are waiting for cancellations.
Please avoid last-minute changes or cancellations as much as possible and cooperate by notifying us by the day before.
If you must cancel on the day due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us by phone.
In the case of cancellation, rescheduling, or no contact, the following cancellation fees will apply.
○Please arrive at your reserved time.
○If you are bringing children, please inform us in the comments.
You can wait together in the treatment room.
Small children can be brought into the room in a stroller.
