Schedule changes or cancellations: 5,000JPY / No‑show: 100% of the treatment fee
Our clinic operates strictly by reservation.
To maintain an optimal treatment environment for all clients,
please make any schedule changes or cancellations by the day prior.
If an unavoidable situation requires a same‑day cancellation, kindly contact us by phone.
○ We may not be able to accommodate arrivals earlier than your reserved time.
Please arrive precisely at your scheduled time.
○ If you will be accompanied by a child, please inform us in the comments section.
Your child may stay with you in the treatment room.
Infants may remain in their stroller during your visit.
