[Regarding Tardiness and Cancellations]
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened. If you need to change your reservation time, or if you will be late or need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
If we cannot reach you and you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your reserved time, your booking will be treated as a no-show. (In the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee will be charged.)
If no-shows occur repeatedly, online booking may be disabled. We appreciate your cooperation.
This salon is a relaxation salon; we do not provide sexual services.
