[For reservations for multiple guests]
・One person may make a reservation on behalf of up to three guests at once. In that case, all guests must book the same course.
・If you would like different courses, please make separate reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of the guests accompanying you in the comment field.
[Regarding lateness and cancellations]
・If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened. If you need to change your reservation time, or if you will be late or need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
・If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reserved time, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation. (In the case of a no-show cancellation, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.)
・If no-show cancellations continue repeatedly on the day of the appointment, online reservations may no longer be available. Thank you for your cooperation.
・The cancellation fees are as follows.
From 19:00 on the previous day to the day of the appointment: [50% of the reserved menu price]
No-show cancellation: [100% of the reserved menu price]
15 minutes or more late: [+1,000JPY]
