• For visitors staying at nearby hotels, please provide the name of the accommodation facility.
* After checkout, and for all visitors, please ensure that payment is completed at the front desk on the 5th floor upon finishing your treatment.
• If you wish to book for multiple guests, please reserve two slots through the system and write “Requesting a paired reservation,” along with the accompanying guest’s full name.
* If you are unable to reserve two slots in the system, it indicates that all appointments are fully booked. We appreciate your understanding.
• If you would like to receive two consecutive treatments during your visit, please indicate this request.

* This spa is located inside “Tenyu.” Please make sure that you are booking the correct facility.
(For guests staying at Hotel Kowakien: this is a different facility within the same group. Please note that you will need to travel on your own. Walking time: approximately 10 minutes uphill.)
* Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will apply in cases of mistaken reservations or no-shows.
