All of our treatment courses are available to every guest, regardless of gender.
※Regarding accompanying persons who are not receiving treatment
Due to limited space and to ensure the privacy of other guests, we kindly ask that individuals not receiving treatment refrain from entering the salon.
(Exceptions apply for small children or guests who require assistance due to a disability. In such cases, please inform us at the time of booking by comment or phone.)
※There are times when the building entrance is locked. Please be sure to notify us upon arrival.

Regarding cancellation fees
・Same-day cancellation: 100% of the treatment fee
・Cancellation the day before: 75% of the treatment fee
・Cancellation two days before: 50% of the treatment fee
These fees will be charged accordingly.
If you are unable to visit on the day of or the day before your appointment, please contact us via official LINE, email, or phone (if we are in treatment and cannot answer, kindly leave a voicemail message).
We are unable to accept same-day course shortening or changes requested for personal reasons (such as lateness or schedule changes).
If you arrive late, we will provide as much of the treatment as possible within the time that does not inconvenience the next guest. We appreciate your understanding.
