All of our treatments are available to both male and female clients for every course.
*About accompanying guests who are not receiving treatment*
Due to limited space in the salon and in consideration of other guests’ privacy, we kindly ask that anyone not receiving a treatment refrain from accompanying you.
(Exceptions apply only for small children or when assistance is required due to a disability. In such cases, please let us know in advance by comment at the time of booking or by phone.)
*There are times when the building entrance is locked; please be sure to ring the intercom once upon arrival.*

Cancellation Fees
- Same-day cancellation: 100% of the treatment fee
- Cancellation on the previous day: 75% of the treatment fee
- Cancellation two days in advance: 50% of the treatment fee
These fees will be charged accordingly.
If you are unable to visit on the day of your appointment or the day before, please contact the salon via official LINE, email, or phone (as we may not be able to answer during treatment, please leave a message on the voicemail).
We do not accept same-day changes requested by the customer, such as shortening the course or other modifications. (e.g., late arrival or schedule changes)
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide treatment within a range that will not inconvenience the guests scheduled after you, and we appreciate your understanding.
