For multiple‑guest reservations
• One guest may book for up to three people. In this case, all guests must reserve the same course.
• If the group includes male guests, please select “female” for accompanying‑guest information and note in the comment field that a male guest will attend.
• Reservations for male guests only are not accepted. A female companion is required.
• If each guest wishes to book a different course, please make reservations separately using individual accounts.
• Please write the names of accompanying guests in the comment field.
Regarding lateness and cancellations
• If you do not arrive on the day of your reservation without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment price will be charged, as this prevents us from offering the slot to other clients.
• If you cancel on the same day with prior notice, a fee of 30% of the treatment price (3,000JPY for the counseling course) will be charged.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, even with prior notice, your reservation may be canceled or the treatment content may be adjusted depending on the schedule. Guests under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to enter.
