At our salon, we cannot guarantee or offer touch-ups for color fading, perm relaxation, or extension color changes due to treatments such as head spa. We also cannot take responsibility for any health issues that may arise after the treatment, so please inform us in advance if you have any allergies or chronic conditions. For head spa appointments, a male staff member may perform the treatment if you book a free slot. If you prefer a female staff member, please specify your preference. For the 30-minute head spa course, we provide a dryer for you to use yourself for finishing. (For other courses, simple hair drying is done by staff, but blow-drying and styling are done by yourself.) If you are late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened, and if we do not hear from you within 10 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a no-show, which may result in a cancellation fee and suspension of future online bookings.
