◆About Payment
Payment at our salon is entirely cashless.
We accept major credit cards, QR payments, and electronic money.
◆About Evening Entry
The automatic doors at the building entrance close at 22:30 on weekdays and 21:00 on weekends and public holidays. If you are arriving after these hours, a staff member will meet you on the first floor about 5 minutes before your reserved time. Please come to the front entrance just before your appointment.
◆About Lateness
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be treated as a cancellation. If you will be late, please be sure to contact us in advance. Depending on your arrival time, your course may be shortened.
◆No-Show Cancellation
For cancellations without prior notice, 100% of the course fee will be charged.
◆Cancellation and Schedule Changes
If you need to change your plans, please contact us as soon as possible.
◆Important Notes Before Use
・We do not allow use by guests who have been drinking alcohol.
・If you are not feeling well, please refrain from visiting.
・If you are pregnant or currently under medical care, please consult your regular specialist in advance.
◆About Oil Menu
After the treatment, we will wipe it off with a hot towel.
