We kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation. Cancellations made by the day prior are free of charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, and no-shows may incur 100% of the treatment cost. However, this does not apply in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as illness or public transportation delays.
