• Depending on our reservation schedule, even when you request multiple guests, we may guide you one person at a time.
• If you have any possibility of allergies, athlete’s foot, or similar conditions, please inform us in advance.
• Guests who are pregnant are kindly asked to refrain from using our services, as it may place stress on the body.
• Guests receiving facial treatments are asked to arrive with makeup removed.
• Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Minors may use our services; however, please understand that we cannot take responsibility should any physical discomfort occur.
• Our salon provides relaxation services only. We do not perform any medical or therapeutic procedures.

• For cancellations or changes, please contact us no later than the day before your appointment.
• Same‑day cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before your reserved time. If you expect to be late, you must contact us by phone.
• If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be treated as a same‑day cancellation. Please note: No‑show CXL incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
