[For reservations with multiple guests]
• One representative may book for up to three guests. In this case, all guests must select the same course.
• If you prefer different courses, please make separate reservations from each guest’s account.
• Please write the names of accompanying guests in the comment section.
[Regarding lateness and cancellations]
• Please arrive by 5 minutes before your reservation time.
• Same-day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100%. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50%. Same-day reservation changes made 30 minutes or more after the original time will incur a flat fee of 1,100JPY.
• If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes past your appointment time, it will be treated as a no-show. For cancellations, please call us by the day before.
• We may decline changes to your reservation after you arrive.
[Other information]
• For eye menu services, if you wish to have your makeup removed before the treatment, we can provide makeup remover. Please arrive 10 minutes before your reserved time.
