• Individuals with skin conditions that pose an infection risk, injuries, fever, medical conditions, those currently under a physician’s care, or those using medical devices.
• Individuals who are pregnant or within three months postpartum.
• Individuals under the influence of alcohol.
■ Important Information
Male therapists also provide treatments.
For safety reasons, we do not offer treatments for infants or small children.
Abdominal treatments are not provided for male clients.
Same‑day last‑minute bookings may require additional preparation time.
Please remove hard contact lenses before treatments near the eye area.
■ Regarding Cancellations
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no‑show. A no‑show will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment fee.
Cancellations must be made by the day before.
