[For Multiple Guests]
• One person may make a joint reservation for up to three guests. In this case, all guests must book the same service menu.
• If each guest wishes to book a different service, please make separate reservations from each individual account.
• Please write the names of the guests accompanying you in the comment section.
[Regarding Late Arrivals and Cancellations]
• Same‑day cancellations incur a 100% charge of the service fee. Please cancel your reservation no later than the day before.
• If more than 20 minutes pass from your scheduled appointment time without contact and you do not arrive, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation. (A 100% cancellation fee will also apply in this case.)
• If you arrive within 20 minutes of your appointment time but are late, your service time may be shortened or the service content may be adjusted.
[Regarding the Final Styling]
• The standard finish is a blow‑dry. If you would like a curled finish, please select the curl‑styling option.
